The Take Charge Method

Most fitness plans hand you a workout schedule on day one. We don't. If your knee, hip, or lower back has been hurting for months or years, throwing exercises at it isn't strength training — it's a gamble. This sequence exists because we've seen that gamble fail too many times before it ever gets a chance to work.

1

Mobility Assessment & Correction

We start by finding out why your body has been talking to you — which joints have lost range, which movements are compensating for something else, where the actual problem is versus where the pain shows up. Correction comes before anything else.

2

Foundational Strength

Once the joint moves the way it should, we build the strength that protects it — slowly, deliberately, without shortcuts. This is the phase most programs skip entirely, and it's the one that makes everything after it safe.

3

Progressive Overload

Only now do we chase real strength numbers. A joint that can handle load is a joint that can actually get stronger — not one more injury waiting to happen.

How we deliver it

Structured assessment

A real mobility screening before you begin — not a generic intake form.

Video-based correction

We watch how you move, and correct it — not a stock demo video.

Tracked progress

Every review is discussed against your data, not just logged and forgotten.

Two ways to start — a one-month assessment and correction phase, or the full three-month sequence.
