I built the sequence I wish someone had used with my mother.

For years, my mother's joint pain was just something she lived with. "Rest more," people told her. "Yeh sab umar ke saath hota hai." She only speaks Hindi, and every program she came across assumed she'd push through pain the way a 25-year-old would — or it told her to stop moving altogether.

Neither was right.

Over the last two years, step by step — mobility first, then strength, then nutrition — she rebuilt what "rest" had taken from her. Watching that happen is the reason Take Charge exists.

Before this, I spent years running corporate wellness programs — leading a national nutrition vertical, and delivering wellness programs for companies like Brembo Brakes, Schindler, Atlas Copco, and MQR, training over 5,000 professionals along the way. That work taught me how to build systems that actually hold up at scale. But it wasn't until I watched someone I love get her strength back — slowly, correctly, without being rushed — that I knew what Take Charge needed to be.

This isn't a program built from a textbook. It's the program I wish had existed for her from day one.
